LATINA Style presents the 9th Annual EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP AWARD
We are accepting nominations for Latinas from every leadership level (Vice Presidents, General Managers, Directors, and Managers) for review and consideration.
The 2017 Latina Executive of the Year will be:
- Featured in the 2017 December issue of LATINA Style Magazine.
- Recognition in a national press release.
- Award recognition at the LATINA Style 50 Diversity Leaders Conference on February 7th and 8th, 2018. A Latina ERG representative must be present to receive the recognition.
Candidates will be assessed based on the following criteria:
How has this executive demonstrated excellence in leadership? How has she made her team and those she leads better? Does she have additional leadership roles in any affinity groups or other company programs?
How has this executive contributed to the development of her company? What impact has she made on her company’s bottom line? Has she boosted productivity/sales?
How does this executive give back to her community? Is she involved in any community-based organizations? Does she encourage her company to get involved in her community? Does she dedicate her personal time?
Please send bio and high resolution image photo (300 dpi) with every nomination. Your nomination will not be considered incomplete if any items are not included. Your nomination can be in the format you best see fit including but not limited to PowerPoint or word narrative. Feel free to include any other relevant info such as lists of awards and recognitions. All info you send will become property of LATINA Style and cannot be returned.
